MoI: 63 Killed, Over 180 Injured in Blast at Wedding Ceremony

Kabul (BNA) At least 63 people were killed and more than 180 others suffered injuries following a suicide attack taken place inside a wedding hall in Kabul city last night.
Nasrat Rahimi spokesman of Interior Ministry confirmed the attack said the explosion took place at around 10:40 pm at Kabul Shahr-e-Dubbai wedding hall.
63 people lost their lives and over 180 others were wounded following the suicide attack, Rahimi added.
Sources and eyewitnesses said that the hall was packed with guests when the explosion rattled the vicinity. The injured were rushed to nearby hospitals.
The Kabul Shahr-e-Dubbai wedding hall is located in police district 6 (PD6) which covers areas like Faiz Mohammad Katib Road and Char Qala-e-Char Dehi area.
No individual or group has commented regarding the deadly blast so far.
Meanwhile, Taliban group by releasing a statement condemned the attack.
