Taliban Militants Including Three Commanders Killed in Zabul

Qalat (BNA) Twenty-nine Taliban militants including their three commanders were killed in Afghan security forces raids in Zabul province last night.
The Taliban were targeted in their strongholds in parts of Zabul and suburb of Qalat city.
ANA senior commander in Atal army corps in south of the country told BNA, 29 Taliban militants including their three commanders were killed in the raid.
It is said that four strongholds of the insurgents with all war equipment have been destroyed.
Another report says, a series of blasts were prevented in Zabul province.
Police of Zabul province discovered and defused eight mines from crowded ways of center and districts.
No one has been detained in connection of the failed mine planting.
