+60 Terrorists Kill During Joint Military Operations

Kabul (BNA) As many as 64 anti-government militias were killed during joint military operations conducted by Afghan security forces within the last 24 hours across the country.
The military operations have launched aiming to suppress armed oppositions and ensure peace and stability in insecure areas of Helmand, Faryab, Kunduz, Nangarhar, Kandahar, Urozgan, Zabul, Maidan/Wardak and Farah provinces.
Ministry of national defense by releasing a statement issued BNA, 64 terrorists were killed, 13 wounded and four others were arrested during the military operations.
Also, some heavy and light weapons, 9 vehicles, 10 motorcycles, 500 kg explosive materials and165 kg narcotic drug have discovered and demolished during the operations, the source added.
Meanwhile, two hideouts belonged to the insurgents along with all military equipment have been destroyed, the source concluded.
