25 Armed Oppositions Killed in Maidan Wardak Operation: MoI

Kabul (BNA) Twenty-five armed oppositions were killed in clearing operations of police forces in Sayeedabad district, Maidan-Wardak province, said spokesman of interior ministry.
BNA reported, armed oppositions with using their hideouts harasses passengers in Kabul-Kandahar highway.
Now, the spokesman of interior ministry said, the police special contingent targeted hideouts of the insurgents and killed 25 insurgents last night.
A hideout of the Taliban was also destroyed in the operation.
Several mines, explosives and weapons of the insurgents have been demolished in the operation.
