Senior Taliban Leader among 11 Rebels Kill in Sar-e-Pul

Kabul (BNA) As many as 11 terrorists including their top leader were killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in Sar-e-Pul province.
Noor Aqa Faizi director of publication in Sar-e-Pul police chief told BNA reporter, the militants were killed, while they stormed on Afghan security forces’ checkpoints in relevant areas of Sancharak district of the province.
11 rebels including their senior commander were killed and 10 more were wounded during the conflicts, Faizi added.
It has been said, two motorcycles, a communication means and some weapons belonged to the Taliban fighters have been seized.
