Afghan Security Forces Push Back Taliban Attack in N. Afghanistan

Kabul (BNA) Afghan security forces succeeded to push back Taliban attack in Khost district, northern Baghlan province last night.
Mawlavi Abdul Wali Raji member of provincial council of Baghlan told BNA reporter, group of Taliban fighters have launched attack to capture Khost district’s building, but their attack faced with full resistance of Afghan security forces.
Taliban fighters by sustaining casualties were forced to flee from the area, Raji added.
The member of provincial council demanded from center government to dispatch reinforcement troops for ensuring security situation in Khost Farang and Guzargah Noor districts of the province.
