Dozens of Armed Taliban Killed in Farah

Farah (BNA) Forty-two Taliban militants were killed and 17 others were wounded following their attack in Farah.
Mohibullah Moheb, spokesman for Farah police chief, told BNA that armed Taliban attacked military checkpoints in different parts of Farah last night and fled the area with heavy casualties.
According to Moheb, in the middle of last night, armed Taliban attacked security checkpoints in Bala Block, Anardara and Darabad districts of central Farah, in which 42 Taliban, including several of their key commanders were killed, and 17 others were wounded by security forces attack.
