Four Turkish Engineers Released

Pul-Alam (BNA) Four abducted Turkish engineers were released by Taliban the day before yesterday in Logar province.
According to the Logar authorities, Taliban unconditionally released four Turkish engineers who were abducted earlier.
Raise Khan Abdulrahimzai police chief of Logar told BNA, Taliban unconditionally released engineers and Turkish embassy in Afghanistan received them.
Abdul Wali Wakil provincial head council says, the Taliban will also release other abducted people.
He added, Taliban abducted the passengers of civilian helicopter which made an emergency landing because of bad weather in Azer district of Logar province on 22 April.
Turkish foreign ministry says, eight Turkish citizens who were taken hostage by Taliban in Logar province four of them released by Taliban the day after yesterday.
Logar police chief says discussion is continuing for the release of others.
