Four Kidnappers Arrested

Kabul (BNA) Kabul police arrested four abductors in Kabul, one of whom was under supervision for the past eight years.
General Mohammad Zahir head of criminal investigation of zone 101 said that the four-member group was lead by Abdul Samad organizers of eight abduction cases.
He added that the arrested group on Friday abducted Dr. Shour Niazi from Second Street of Taimani project and sacked for USD 3 million for his release, but the family of Dr. Shour avoided payment of the ransom.
Dr. Shour had managed to flee from the abductors and came to narrate the story to the police of 11th precinct.
The police arrested the abductors. Abdul Samad is involved in several abductions and police was pursuing him for the past 8 years.
