Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai sympathizes over death of Eng. Mohmmad Aman.
President Karzai in a message has said that I was informed with regret the death of an outstanding engineer Mohammad Aman, may his departed soul rest in peace.
Eng. Aman has served around thirty years in projects in Helmand and Arghandab and some time he was head of the Helmand Construction Company. His services are worth appreciation and his death a loss.  He conveyed his sympathies to his bereaved family members and wished peace for his soul and patience for the bereaved family.

Kabul (BNA) Some 15000 families would have portable water with the completion of water supplying project in Faizabad the capital of Badakhshan province.
The work for the project began a month ago and would be completed in near future, Pir Mohammad Yaftali the head of rural development in Badakhshan said yesterday.
With a budget of 6 million Afghanis funded by UNICEF, Mr. Yaftali said job opportunities will be provided to the people in the mentioned project.
An official with UNICEF, Sayed Abdul Rahman also spoke on the occasion, adding the completion of the project would help overcome the scarcity of drinking water in the area.

Kabul (BNA) An official with the ministry for urban development said yesterday that in a meeting with the, for urban development Hassan Abdullahi on the chair discussed the modalities of the construction of Bamyan city.
In the meeting attended by Bamyan governor Habiba Sorabi and ministers for transport and public work, it was decided that the ministry for information and culture should identify all the archeological sites.
Speaking at the meeting, Nabi Farahi of the ministry for information and culture said since Bamyan has been registered as the cultural heritage of the world it requires more study and the roads will be built in areas where there is no artifacts.
Minister for transport, Daud Ali Najafi said that the work on Bamyan airport has already began and flights will start within two weeks.
It was decided the ministry for public work should asphalt Yakalang road and connect it to Kabul- Bamyan highway.
The ministry for urban development was asked to finalize the Master Plan of Bamyan City in line with the 45th President Decree.

Kabul (BNA) The four-day workshop on capacity of the employees of the ministry of information and culture was concluded yesterday.
In the workshop attended by 60 employees of the ministry of information and culture and Bakhter News Agency, the issue of public administration in development of the country, introduction of the national development strategy of Afghanistan, planning and reporting was debated, Mohammad Isa Khaterzai the head of capacity building and development of the human resources department said.
