Herat (BNA) The Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) of Herat to construct several utility projects in that province. 
Dr. Abdul Zahir Faiz Zada head of Herat PRT team in a visit with Lt. Aldokosti Yolo new commander of PRT of Italia emphasized on launching of development plan, starting work of road asphalting project, starting of utility projects in the level of districts of Herat and asked serious attention of this team towards solving necessity problems of the districts in Herat province. 
The new commander of Italia PRT team in Herat while appreciation from cooperation of Herat PRT towards needs of people in that province, and close cooperation of this team, reported from starting construction of several utility projects in the near future and requested continues cooperation. 
He called holding of strategic contract between Afghanistan and Italia important in development and reported from development plan in 2013.

Kabul (BNA) Marshal Fahim acting president of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan issued a sympathy message over the death of mother of Senator Janat Gul and grandmother of Mullah Tarakhail People’s deputy at the House of People.
The message notes that I was informed with regret the death of grandmother of Mullah Tarakhail Mohammadi, a religious personality and elected people’s deputy at the House of People.
I convey my sympathies to Mullah Tarakhail Mohammadi and his family members and wish peace for her soul and great patience for her bereaved family members.

Kabul (BNA) Afghanistan that has faced near to three decades of war and conflicts is in dire need of peace to accelerate the momentum of renovation and rehabilitation.
The Afghan nation in the course of history has given many sacrifices for a peaceful, prosperous and stable Afghanistan.
Afghan peace loving nation has always endeavored and emphasized on peaceful and warm relations based on mutual understating with the world nations particularly with its neighbors.
After the toppling of Taliban regime in the country the Afghan government tirelessly made efforts to establish cordial relations based on mutual respect and interest with its neighboring countries of Pakistan and Iran.
For brining the lasting peace to the country the Afghan government in a unique initiative worked on the creation of the High Peace Council (HPC) aiming to invite and negotiate with disgruntled, insurgents and Taliban to join the national mainstream and participate in the rebuilding process of their war battered country.
Peace is considered as the foremost necessity of the nation and to achieve this necessity different concepts ate put forward but two perception are lauded mostly one is that peace should be come from the upper side.
This perception is based on the political solution of the issue and it means that the leaders of armed opposition should end the war through negotiation with international community and Afghan government.
It is a good perception and struggles are also started for its implementation. The high peace council (HPC) is the basic part of this effort.
The great complication is that now only Afghans are not involved in the issue of Afghanistan but the neighboring and other nations of world are also involved in this issue.
If only Afghans were involved then the issue will soon take on turn, whenever the peace process are discussed Pakistan, Iran, NATO and US positions have their impacts directly and indirectly.
The Afghan nation hope with the assistance of international community and neighboring countries peace would be able to send their children to school in a peaceful atmosphere which it would also put positive impacts on economy and development of the country.

Kabul (BNA) Afghanistan Youth National Peace Jerga marked the world peace day in the international hall of the ministry of information and culture, yesterday.
Head of the national peace jerga, Zamari Maher talked on the peace restoration need in the country and asked for further efforts of the youth in this field.
Likewise, two youths Nadia Nadim and Ezatullah Juya spoke on peace and discussed their views on the issue.
