Kabul (BNA) The message notes that we were informed with regret that Hajji Abdul Qayum Rukhshani a tribal leader of Neemruz province has died due to an illness. 
May his departed soul rest in peace. Late Rukhshani has been a tribal elders and well-wisher of his people and his death is loss. 
The message conveys deep sympathies to his family, friends and the people of Neemruz and wishes peace for his soul and patience for his family members. 
According to another report, the message notes that we were informed with regret about the death of Dr. Stankikzai the young physician of the country due to an illness, May his departed soul rest in peace. 
Late Dr. Stanikzai after his higher education concentrated all his power in serving the countrymen especially the refugees and his death is a loss.  The president conveys his deep sympathies to his bereaved family, friends and the people of Logar province and wishes peace for his soul and patience for his family members.
