Kabul (BNA) Spokesman for Interior Ministry Sediq Sediqi said yesterday that the process of giving electronic Tazkira or national ID card would begin in the month of Mizan or September this year.
Addressing a news conference he added that 400 teams would begin electronic Tazkira distribution simultaneously across the country.
At the moment the national ID is just a paper, while the government officials have been promising to give electronic ID over the past two years.
