Disabled, Part Of Afghan Society

Kabul (BNA) The third of December as the world disabled day was marked in Kabul yesterday by the Senate commission on disability and their rights Mohammad Alam Aezedyar first secretary of the senate and Mawlawi Abdul Wali Raji and some other members of the senate attended the ceremony. 
Mawlawi Abdul Wali Raji secretary of the Senate, Sayed Mohammad Sadat Naseri head of the commission for disabled of the senate, Senator Nafisa Sultani and some other senators spoke on the rights of the disabled and praised their sacrifices during Jehad and resistance eras in the country. 
They said that the disabled have defended the dignity and pride of the homeland and lost limbs of their bodies. 
The disabled are an important part of the history of this nation and they deserve all possible assistance to ensure their living including shelter, the rights to education, work, marriage, freedom of speech and other basic rights of a citizen of this country.
