Bamyan City (BNA) By participation of over 40 athletes cycling competitions was held in central Bamiyan province yesterday.
According to BNA local correspondent report, Zakia Mohammadi representative of cycling federation told, 12 girls’ cyclists have been participated in the competitions, in which Tahera Shaigan got first position, Zahra Bakhtayari second and Sadiqa Sediqi obtained third position of the competitions.
In another competitions, 30 cyclists have been participated from Kabul and Bamiyan province and by passing 60 km distance Rohullah from Kabul achieved first position, Akbar Faizi and Mehdi Mohammadi got second and third positions of the competitions.
Bamiyan is a provinces of the country that each year hosting sports, cultural and art festivals for improvement of tourisms.

Kabul (BNA) Nangarhar Leopards cricket team defeated Kandahar Knights cricket team by 6 wickets in the 2nd match of the Afghanistan Premier League 2018 held in Sharjah international cricket stadium.

Kabul (BNA) In the continuation of Afghanistan Premier League, Balkh Legends cricket team succeeded to punch Kabul Zwanan cricket team in Sharjah international cricket stadium late yesterday.
Balkh Legends won the toss and decided to field against Kabul Zwanan.
The Sussex pair of Laurie Evans 64 and Rashid Khan 56* took the Kabul Zwanans to 176-6 in their allotted 20 overs, having at one stage been 32-3. Mohammad Nabi 2-20 was the pick of the Balkh Legends bowlers.
In reply, the Balkh Legends (without Chris Gayle, who was busy scoring a hundred today for Jamaica in the WINDIES Super50 Cup) were assisted by Essex pair , Ryan ten Doeschate 78* and  Ravi Bopara 38*to a comfortable win by  8 wickets, with an over to spare. Usman Ghani had earlier hit a quick fire 40.

Kabul (BNA) Afghanistan premier League (ALP) has been inaugurated by participation of 5 teams in Sharjah International Cricket Stadium on Friday.
According to BNA report, in the first match of APL Kabul Zwanan cricket team played with Paktia Panthers that Kabul Zwanan has beat Panthers by 3 wickets.
First, Paktia Panthers that leading by Mohammad Shahzada started batting and by losing four wickets scored 218 runs in 20 overs.
Then, Kabul Zwanan cricket team leading by Rashid Khan started batting and reached to the given target in 19.1 overs.
Afghanistan Premier League to be continued for 16-day and five teams (Paktia Panthers, Kabul Zwanan, Balkh Legends, Nangarhar Leopards and Kandahar Knights) competing each other.
In the second match of the tournament Kabul Zwanan cricket team to play with Balkh Legends today.
