Herat (BNA) The head of Herat provincial council Dr. Abdul Zahir Faizada welcomed the athletes who were able to win medals at competitions abroad. 
In meeting with a group of athletes he appreciated their efforts, saying their victory depends on the support of society. 
On behalf of Take-Wando Federation, Mohin Sbour also spoke and lauded the medal winners.
