Kabul (BNA) A new building for Yoltarab girls’ middle school was inaugurated by in charges of education Dept. in Gosfandi district of Sar-e-Pul province today. 
According to BNA, the land of this school donated by local people to the education ministry and was constructed with the financial assistance of UNECEF within one year.
This building has 7 classrooms, 2 administrative offices and other educational facilities. 
It is said that approximately, 334 girls and boys are enroll in this school.
With construction of this school, the better educational facilities have been provided for students.

Kabul (BNA) “The Russian Federation assists the higher education ministry in provision of educational scholarships and other academic spheres”, said Prof. Dr. Obaidullah Obaid Minister of Higher Education in a meeting with the Russian ambassador to Kabul Andre Awee Tessian. 
At the meeting Dr. Obaid explained the impacts of war in the past three decades in higher education, the role of higher education in ensuring peace and lasting stability in the country and the assistance of the international community in this respect and while shedding light on his ministry’s programs asked the Russian ambassador to cooperate with the ministry. 
Increasing of educational scholarships, removal of the existing problems of Afghan students in Russia and the assistance of the Russian government towards reconstruction and strengthening of the educational institutions especially the Kabul Poly Technical University were the main requests of the higher education minister in the meeting. 
The Russian ambassador informed Dr. Obeid of his country’s decision towards assisting Afghanistan especially of educational institutions and said that the assistance will be offered in educational scholarships and other assistance to the higher educational institutions in coordination with the higher education ministry. 
He asked Dr. Obaid to visit Russian and in his meeting with his Russian counterpart discuss Russian government’s assistance with the Afghan higher education ministry. 
It is said that presently over 380 Afghan students are studying in Russian federation.

Aibak (BNA) The construction work of new building for girls’ high school was completed in Aibak city today. 
Abdul Aziz Azizi education head of Samangan told to BNA, this building has been constructed in an area of four jiribs of land by education ministry in four stories and has 8 classrooms and four administrative rooms.  
Meanwhile, Engineer Ghulam Sakhi a responsible of national program of education in Samangan said, the construction work of 7 other schools will start via this program with the financial assistance of this program. 
The construction work of two schools in Dara Sof Paen and two schools in Dara Soof Bala , two schools in Roudoab district and one school in Karta Mamoreen center of Aibak city are continuing as well. 
Sanoobar Sharokhi head of Karta Neswan high school of Aibak city expressed hope from inauguration of this school and said 1760 students are enroll in two shifts in this school.

Kabul (BNA) The Gghani Khail high school of Tagab district of Kapisa province was reopened with cooperation of personnel of first battalion of public order police today. 
A responsible of the first battalion of public order police of that province said to BNA, this high school was closed due to security problems and reopened with cooperation of this battalion and local elders and started its activity again. 
In this school approximately 500 students are enroll. 
Meanwhile, the personnel of first and fourth battalions of public order police donated stationeries for students of this school.
