Charikar (BNA) the foundation stone of new building for Syeedkhail district high school was laid down by Abdul Basir Salangi governor of Parwan province yesterday.  Zalmai Shaheed education head of Parwan said to BNA, this high school will be constructed with the assistance of Korea PRT at the cost of $411,000 dollars within 15 month.  This school will have 26 classrooms, liberator room’s library, and conference hall and water well.  In foundation ceremony of this school, Abdul Basir Salangi governor of Parwan talked in important of education and requested people and elders of the area in keeping of this school.  T.
