Several School Reopen after Years in Nangarhar

JALALABAD CITY (BNA) The doors of eight school have reopened after years in eastern Nangarhar province.
The schools were closed due to presence of Taliban and ISIS fighters in various parts of Nangarhar province.
Hasib Shinware head of education department in Nangarhar told BNA correspondent, reopening of the schools educational environment have been provided to over 2000 students (girls & boys) in the areas.
The schools have reopened by cooperation of tribal elders and officials of education department, Shinware added.
Meanwhile, insecurities, clashes and presence of ISIS and Taliban fighters causes that the door of dozens school is closed in various parts of Nangarhar province.
Mahmoud Miyakhail governor of Nangarhar says, efforts ongoing to reopen the remained closed schools in the province.
