3 policemen martyred in Zabul

Zabul (BNA) three policemen were martyred in their own clash in Zabul province yesterday, this event occurred in the vicinities of Atghar district in a security post when five policemen after a clash opened fire on other policemen.  Sharifullah Naseri spokesman of Zabul governor said to BNA, the military attackers fled with their arms from the area.  According to Nasiri, investigation started for arresting of fled militaries.  T. Bazarak (BNA) the new scientific foundations and congregational mosque was inaugurated in Panjshir province yesterday, these foundations has been constructed at the cost of $ 500,000 in the Rokha district of Panjshir province. These foundations have parts for training of scientific fields and congregational mosque.  It is said that the mosque has accommodated 1000 prayers in a time.  Mohammad Alam Izedyar first secretary of upper house of national council said to BNA, this foundations funded by Bayat foundation, Mohammad Younus Qanooni member of  Wolisi Jirga, full general Besmillah Mohammadi defense minister and other traders.  T. Narcotic set on fire in Urozgan

Trenkon (BNA) three tons of narcotics were set on fire in Urozgan province yesterday.  These narcotics were seized from smugglers during the last years in operation of security forces in hideouts.  Amir Mohmmad Akhondzada governor of Urozgan said this narcotic consists of Hashish, opium and heroin and were set on fire in presence of governor and other local authorities in that province.  T. Taliban Senior commander arrested in Nimrooz

Kabul (BNA) NATO said that a senior commander of Talban was arrested in Nimrooz province yesterday.  The identity of this commander had not clear but he was arrested in a military operation of Afghan and NATO forces in his hideout.   NATO press statement said to BNA, this commander of Taliban targeted by these forces on charges of organizing of terrorist attacks in his hideout and arrested.  NATO said this commander had committed leadership of most terrorist attacks in Nimrooz province and other parts of west of the country.  It is said that he had near links with other Taliban as well.  According to this statement, in this operation, other 8 militias attributed to this group were arrested.  T. 3 commanders of Taliban killed in Logar

Kabul (BNA) three armed commanders of Taliban were killed in a military operation in Logar province yesterday.  Mullah Abobaker , Mullah Bashir and Zarqawi armed commanders of Taliban were lost their levies in separated operation by Afghan and NATO forces,  BNA quoting from NATO press statement, these commanders targeted by these Afghan and NATO forces on charges of terrorist attacks.  NATO said that these commanders had role in most of insecurities in Logar and other regions of provinces.  This statement said that these commanders involved in tens of bloody attack on Afghan and NATO forces.  According to NATO, several others militias attributed to these commanders were killed in this operation.  T. Arms cache of Taliban discovered in Ghazni

Ghazni (BNA) an arms cache of Taliban was discovered in Ghazni province.  This cache was seized in joined operation of Afghan and NATO forces.  Allah Mohammad governor of Abband district of Ghazni province said to BNA, this cache was hidden in the Badam Kecha village of that district, and was discovered in operation of Afghan and NATO forces.  5 mines and tens of heavy and light arms were seized from this cache.

2 Taliban commanders arrested in Afghanistan

Kabul (BNAS) 2 local commanders of Taliban were arrested in a military operation of Afghan- and NATO forces in Afghanistan. The identity of these commanders had not clear but they were arrested while organizing of terrorist attacks in the vicinities of Kandahar and Helmand province.  BNA quoting from NATO press statement, these commanders had leadership of several terrorist attacks of Taliban group in their regions.  It is said that in this operation 15 other militias attributed to these commanders with their arms were arrested as well.  Meanwhile NATO said they discovered and neutralized a planted bomb in Kandahar province this bomb was placed in crowded areas of this province and was neutralized by police.  According to another report, two Taliban attackers were killed in Ghazni province.  These attackers targeted by Afghan and NATO forces while they attacked on a security post in that province.

Kabul (BNA)  a ring-leader of Taliban suicide attack was arrested in a military operation by Afghan and NATO forces in Nangarhar province.  The identity of this militia had not clear by he was arrested on charges of providing financial facilities and arms for suicide attacks of Taliban group.  BNA quoting from NATO press statement, this militia had committed responsibly of several terrorist attacks of armed Taliban in Nangarhar province.  It is being said that number of other fighters with tens of arms has been arrested in this operation.

13 Taliban rebels arrested in Farah

Farah (BNA) 11 armed Taliban rebels were arrested in a military operation in Farah province yesterday.  These fighters targeted by Afghan and NATO forces while terrorist attacks and lost their lives.  According to NATO press statement; these rebels were arrested in their hideout on charges of terrorist attacks.  Meanwhile, in this operation, the Afghan and NATO forces seized arms cache and narcotic of Taliban.  NATO said that 100 kg of narcotic, and tens of arms and rockets were seized from this cache.

Charikar (BNA) a nominated governor of Taliban was killed in clash by Afghan forces in the Seiagard district of Parwan province yesterday.  Mullah Matiullah with his followers attacked on security police post in the Saiagard district he was killed by these forces.  According to reports, nominated governor of Taliban Mullah Matiullah was killed and a police has been injured in this clash.  Governor of Saiagard district called Mullah Matiullah as suspect in insecurity in the Ghorband highway and he said that after killing of him, the security will better in the district.
