Thursday, March 28, 2013
Kabul (BNA) Ahmad Javid was graduated from Kabul University three years ago, now he is in Delhi for UNHCR registration to go to Europe. He said about his presence in Delhi because of being jobless in Afghanistan and his family treatment by anyone. He came ineluctable and did registration procedures in UNHCR himself. He believes this office do not work very well. He goes into this office every month on time, but do not find any obvious situation about his case. More Afghans who did registration in UNHCR are not satisfy from the procedure and are at a loss to understand. They could not invest and work here. He said some Afghan citizen have wish to go to European countries even they do not have their food and money for being alive. Fariba is mother of four children worry about her children destiny. She has been since five years here with lots of difficulties and problems. She was helped by someone to do registration procedure in UNHCR unfortunately; she has not gotten massage to find desire. Her children were small when she came here but today they growth and maybe encounter with future and unpredictable challenges. She is doing some work like cleaning and washing clothes to bring money for her children. She believes it is not fair for her pride. Also we negotiated with Afghanistan Ambassador in Delhi and I said about her economical problem and other Afghan citizens problems. He said there are 25 till 30 thousand Afghans here that approximately 1500 till 200 Afghans are coming and going in India and 22 thousand Afghan are sikh and Hindu.

Kabul (BNA)  Ghazni is from among ancient provinces of Afghanistan that has a record of over one thousand years that was the center of greatest emperor of Afghanistan. The existence of historical monuments in this city is the indicator of historical and cultural identity of Ghazni. These historical monuments caused that in 2007 in the meeting held among the cultural heads of Islamic world in Tripoli the capital city of Lybia, the Ghazni city to be nominated as the cultural center of Islamic world in 2013. On the same occasion, it is planned this historical city in the near future be the host of representatives of Islamic countries and cultural figures from different nations. In fact, existence of historical monuments in this city is the indicator of cultural heritages in different historical periods. But what is to be discussed is being the host of the heads of cultural personalities of Islamic world in the near future by this city, that did the damage historical monuments rehabilitated how it was necessary or not in a manner that their genuineness be preserved? These are the questions that are set forth by minds. For example: We can mention on destruction of summits of Ghazni that are possessing a pre-Islamic and after-Islamic background such as the eras of Ghaznavids, and Timurides that are the indicator of ancient history of this city. The abovementioned surrmits have 36 towers that its everyone is nominated with different names. The natural calamities took place in different courses of history inflicted heavy blows on cultural heritages of the country specially on historical monuments of Ghazni that a great number of them are demolished and some of them are under rehabilitation by different institutions including the ministry of information and cultural. But it was necessary a great number of them to come under rehabilitation, while about twenty of them are repaired. We can name from repairmen of great historical walls of this city, construction of a building for holding ceremony to be held in regard with day of nomination in of Ghazni city as the cultural center of Islamic world etc.  The tombs of great scientific, literature figures such as the tomb of Mohammad Shafiq Khan, Khawja Mohammad, Ta-i-Awlia, Abu Zaki, Sultan Soboktageen, Sayed, Hassan Agha, Shams-i-Tabriz and tomb of Abu-Raihan al-beruni who enjoys from world fame, Castle of Sultan Masoud son of Sultan Mahmoud minarets etc. are from among historical and cultural monuments of Ghazni that is the indicator of old history of this city. If we visit every nook and corner of our country, we would face with more historical sites belong to different periods of history, because, Afghanistan is from among ancient countries of the world with its 5000 years background. In different periods of history, the great emperors were ruling in this country, the heart and Swiss if Asia that we cab mention to the emperor of Mongols, Kushanides, Ghorides, Taimurides, Safavides, Ghaznavides etc. that each of them remained after cultural heritages that today are respected as treasures of our history and cultural. The city of Ghazni would be the host of cultural representatives of Islamic world and cultural figures from different parts of the world in near future that this city doesn’t rehabilitated how it was expected. It’s all cultural that didn’t.

Kabul (BNA) The recent decision of the council of ministers which assigns the ministry of interior and national security directorate to prevent the walking of irresponsible armed people and to end traffic irregularities in the cities could be considered as a positive step toward solving one of the serious social problems.
BNA commentator focusing on situation of the cities writes:
The existence of armed irresponsible individuals, vehicles without No. plate, substandard using of state authorities from bodyguards and congestion of traffic in cities particularly in Kabul are considered the main social problems in our country.
It is a clear and tangible fact that most of the crimes and social harassments take place in the country are committed by irresponsible armed people and people who use vehicles without legal documents.
On the other hand a number of high ranking officials against the law and regulations have recruited, greater number of bodyguards when they drive in around Kabul city, create harassment for the citizens and disrupt traffic and social order.
It should be pointed out, this is not a new problem, and Kabul citizens are suffering from it for years. It is a practice of every day that the huge motor convoys of authorities disrupt the flow of traffic and even some profiteers misuse the photos of great Jihadi and political figures while driving in the city. The council of ministers has severely criticized and condemned earlier such illegal and irresponsible actions and persisted for ending the problem.
This time, the council of ministers is more serious about the issue and decisively asks for the implementation of the decision made by the council.
At the last session of council of ministers not only emphasized on prevention of driving of irresponsible people in the cities but also a specific gridline addressing the high ranking official among them the ministers released according to that the use of vehicles and bodyguards by ministers, other high ranking state officials and Member of Parliament have been restricted.
There is no doubt that the existence of irresponsible armed people and vehicles different no. plates even artificial and not observing traffic laws by state authorities and military vehicles badly affected people and led to dissemination of law breach in the country.
The recent decision of the council of ministers could be considered a true guideline for settling the social problems of our country and the people eagerly waiting for it to be implemented in practice.
