Kabul (BNA)
The recent stance of National Security Council on including Pakistani intelligence service in the blacklist of UN is based on existing realities in the country and in the region which can lead to the ending of extremism and the activities of terrorist networks.

The analyst of security affairs of BNA writes: Recently the Afghan national Security Council has asked the UN Security Council to include   Pakistani intelligence service in the UN blacklist for supporting extremists and terrorists who not only cause casualties and destructions among Afghan innocent people but endanger peace and stability in the region, even across the world.

The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, as a member of UN is the right for restoring peace and stability in to the country and for protecting the lives of its people and national interests to use any opportunity within UN charter and other international conventions to prevent terrorist activities in its territory. Without doubt, increasing terrorist attacks in Afghanistan, without the open support of intelligence of the region is impossible. Considering the ambitions and long term strategies of the networks of intelligence services of the region, it becomes clear that they by establishing seminaries, political and religious organizations try to implement their ambitions and achieve their heinous strategic goals.

The regional intelligence networks, which mostly focus on India and Afghanistan, want to achieve their evil aims via establishing religious movements like Lashkar-i- Taiba, Jangwee, Jahsh Mohammad, Haqani network, Mullah Nazir’s group and so on. These so called religious movements have been established, funded by intelligence serviced  and recruit and trained the youth there to carry out suicide and terrorist attacks which cost the lives of many civilians including men, women and children and maim and inure a lot of others.

Earlier the UN and western countries have included such terrorist networks in their blacklists and financially and militarily sanctioned them. Regretfully, the international community and western countries so far have paid no attention to the runners of these in appearance religious seminaries and movements but in nature the bases for training extremists and terrorists that cultivate the seed of hatred, discord and bigotry among people.

While the international community during the last decade, for beating terrorist groups made a lot of endeavors inside Afghanistan paid no attention to the back of the terrorists’ battle field. Because of this, the intelligence networks of the region openly recruit, fund and train terrorists and assign them to carry out terrorist activities. One of the reasons that terrorists and extremists were not beaten was paying no attention to their funding, recruiting, training and equipping sources. Instead, some western countries, have called the financial supporter of these terrorists centers as their friends and colleagues.

In brief, to be honest in anti- terrorism and extremism campaign, for complete elimination of terrorism and extremism, one should target first the centers where terrorists and extremists are produced; otherwise, those two notorious phenomena never eradicated but further strengthen and endanger peace and stability in the region and across the world.
