Four Militants Kill

Kabul (BNA) four armed militants were killed and a weapons depot of the Taliban was seized by police forces in Pasaband district of Ghoor province the other day.
Delawer Shah Delawer, police chief of Ghoor said the Taliban attacked on several security posts in Pasasband district, in counter attack of security forces,   four militants were killed.
Delawer added, police hunting for the Taliban in Dashtak and Sourkh Sarai areas of Pasaband district, a weapons depot of militants discovered and seized by Afghan security forces.

Faizabad (BNA) Twenty-Seven different types of weapons were delivered by Badakhshan attorney office to that province police office yesterday.
Pal Mohammad Wazer Jalali, head of Badakhshan prosecution attorney said, 27 different kinds of weapons were captured from the suspects and delivered police office of the province.

Twenty-One Armed Taliban Kill

Kabul (BNA) twenty-one armed militants were killed during the last 24 hours in an operation launched by Afghan and coalition forces.
Interior ministry’s press office said the operation conducting in the relevant areas of Nangarhar, Faryab, Badakhshan, Kandahar, Maidan-Wardak, Logar, Farah and Nimrooz provinces killed 21 armed militants, wounded 2 and arrested 6 others along with quantity of weapons and 690 kg of narcotics.
Also the national police forces discovered and defused 12 mines which were planted by militants in Kandahar, Ghoor and Helmand provinces.
According to another report, the national police forces arrested three persons accused of rubbery, killing and smuggling of narcotic from 4th, 7th and 17th precincts of Kabul city the other day.

Kabul (BNA) the National Volleyball Team of the country in Asian Championship Competitions held in Dubai is due to play Kuwait team on Friday.
Aarif Payman, deputy chief of volleyball federation of National Olympic Committee said the volleyball competitions were started a week ago in Dubai among the athletes of 24 countries, the national volleyball team plays in a group consist of Iraq, South Korea, Kuwait and Myanmar teams.
He added volleyball national team so far has lost the games 3-0 to its rival South Korea and Iraq teams.
It is due to our team play with Kuwait team on Friday.

Paroon (BNA) as a result of a clash between security forces and narcotic smugglers in Nooristan province, a smuggler was killed and two others arrested the night before last.
A source of Afghan forces said that in the end of this clash, the security forces seized a package of narcotic.
The clash occurred in a border area of Noorgeram district of Kunar when three narcotic smugglers wanted to transfer a package of narcotics to Laghman province.
Farooq Khan, Police Chief of Nooristan said a narcotic smuggler was killed and two others arrested in the clash.
It should be said that the Afghan troops sustained no harms in the clash.

Weapons Seized

Kabul (BNA) the national army forces during two separate operations seized a quantity of weapons the other day.
Defense Ministry’s Press Office said, the operations launched in Chardara district of Kunduz and Nahersarj district of Helmand province.   Three Kalashnikovs, 2 pistols, 400 PK bullets, 7 mines and 10 kg of ammonium nitrate were seized.

Two National Policemen kill

Mahmoodraqi (BNA) two national policemen were martyred in explosion of a mine in Tagab district of Kapisa province the night before last.
Asadullah Hamidi, a police officerin Kapisa said the two policemen were martyred when their vehicle struck a road side mine in Qala-e-Saleh of Tagab district.
Syeed Jan, a resident of Qala-e-Saleh said BNA, two civilians were also wounded and inflected financial damages to residents of the area.

Eight Armed Militants Kill

Kandahar (BNA) eight armed militants were killed in an operation conducted by Afghan security forces in Pajwai district of Kandahar province the night before last.
Jaweed Faisal spokesman of Kandahar governor said, the operation carried out in the Belandi and Moshan areas of the district, eight armed militants were killed and
a quantity of weapons was seized.
Meanwhile, Fazel Mohammad Ishaqzai, district governor of Pajwai confirming the report and said, two national army soldiers and a police man were also martyred in the operation.
The operation will be continued until the area being cleaned from the presence of militants.

World Tourism Day Marked

Kabul (BNA) September 27, the World Tourism Day marked across the world.
88 years ago, on Sep. 27, 1925 simultaneously with the celebration of the throughout tourists union the World Tourism Day was established in the Netherlands capital with the first general assembly was held in Spain in 1975, following which the office officially was opened in Madrid in 1976.
According to the statistics, the World Tourism Day is being marked by more than 150 countries and related 300 private institutions. The festivals were celebrated by holding music concerts, scientific and literary seminars and meetings.
There are different types of tours being held around the world such as recreational, business, visiting, scientific, research, cultural, natural etc through them, tourists could be provided proper opportunities for investment, development in the world.
Millions of people are annually engaged in tourism with billions of USD receiving throughout the countries with most tourist sites.
The Arabic country receives the high amount from receives the high amount from both tourism and holy religious sites, with the tourism industry forming the income of the country after oil with heavy incomes.
Millions of Muslims around the world are storming to Haj pilgrimage in the great city of Makka, where they perform the sacred religious teachings.
But, in Afghanistan the tourism industry was established in 1337, with a tourism institution being created and gained membership of the world tourism day in 1344 and till 1356 despites lack of modern transportation routes, the industry could advance attracting thousands of tourists around the world gaining millions of Afghanis.
After 1357, the industry completely collapsed, with the country losing the best income resource.
But the end of 1383, with the creation of the Afghan Tour and Garzandoy  departments, within the Ministry of Information and Culture, the tourism industry could relatively develop driving attention from large number of tourists from the world.
The country with various historical and tourist sites such as Band-e- Amir, ancient Ghulghual city, huge statues of Buddha in Bamyan province, Silk Road and tens of historical sites in Kabul, the capital city of Afghanistan, Jam Minaret in Ghor, ancient minarets and congregational mosques in Herat, historical relics in Ghzani, scenic site in Wakhan of Badakhshan etc, is a rich tourist country in the world.
Tourists are visiting scenic sites of Afghanistan, some from the European countries, with mostly from the regional countries such as Uzbekistan, China and Japan deeply focusing on the historical sites of the country.

So-Called Governor Of Taliban Kills

Kabul (BNA) as a result of NATO air attack in Kunar province so-called governor of armed Taliban for Ghaziabad district killed with his three colleagues last night.
Colonel Abdul Habib Sayed Khail police chief of Kunar said in a drone attack by NATO forces Juma Khan so-called governor of armed Taliban for Ghaziabad district of Kunar province killed along with his three men.
According to the report, there were no casualties among civilians in the incident.
