Kabul (BNA) The US defense secretary Ashton Carter has said that approval of additional budget for US army in Afghanistan, would capable the afghan government to properly implement its plans of strengthening security. This budget would improve the Afghan Air Force. In this budget US$ 2.5b have been allocated for staying of 8400 American forces in Afghanistan to help the ANSF to return peace and stability in this country. War is going on in different parts including Helmand and Nangarhar provinces and the US has intensified its air raids for suppressing of Daesh groups in Nangarhar and INS have sustained heavy casualties. Despite of fifteen years war on terror, still Afghanistan has long distance from permanent and reliable peace. The US defense secretary went on to say that with the approval of this extra budget, war will be intensified against insurgents and terrorists would be regret from continuation of war. The US authorities had approved US$ 530b for 2016 of American forces expenditures and with approval of this additional budget, it would increase to over US$ 540b. This budget has not only been allocated to DoD but it would be shared with all other sides who are involved in war on Daesh.
Although so far the Afghan government has not commented on this issue but before it has emphasized an global assistance particularly the US vital assistance that would put an end to wars. At the moment the ANSF have shouldered all responsibility for war management with support of US air forces. Although reports were released on casualties of ANSF, but the latter managed to disable the armed insurgents to achieve their targets or occupy any province. The armed insurgents had decided to use all their available power in current year and relocate their headquarters from Quetta city in Pakistan into Afghanistan. But the ANSF defended this territory with their devotion and sacrifices and gave them jaw breaking response. Afghans expecting that with Donald Trump taking over, the war would be intensified against armed insurgents and Daesh and would be concluded in a short time. According to D. Trump election campaigns. It seems that he not in favor of war and doesn’t want the Afghan war to be more extended to Americans troops because this war is no longer tolerable for the US people and want this war to be ended as quickly as possible.
If the US president elect Donald Trump wants to conclude the war in Afghanistan, he should impose economic suctions on Pakistan and give it no permission to use double standard policy. So far Pakistan has not used the world specially the US assistance in war on terror but has used it contrary for equipping and funding of terrorists. Because if Pakistan really wanted to end terrorism in the region, it should have closed all those 2000 religious schools who are providing military training instead of religious instruction and world have not allowed leaders and planners of these terrorists to carry  activities freely in its soil. The US president- elect has warned that he would not let them to establish save heavens and sanctuaries. If any country give asylum to terrorists, the US would take military steps against them.
